Overview:

This is a policy written in both Chinese and English. Article 3 states: “Foreigners shall not endanger China’s national security, harm public interests and disrupt social and public order.” Article 39 gives ‘public organs’ (meaning administration) the authority to “take necessary preventive measures.” Article 44 gives public security organs (administrations) the authority to provide assistance to “enforce these measures.”
