This article provides case studies claiming that China should end all privileges given to foreigners during the pandemic. One of those cases includes January 8, 2021, at a convenience store in Haidian District, Beijing, many people buy their lunch. Chinese people were standing in line to scan their codes and measure their temperature, while a foreign man went shopping without even wearing a mask or taking his temperature. To quote the article "In the epidemic prevention and control, the Chinese work step by step, and foreigners can "go unpunished" without masks, which is obviously difficult to calm people's hearts".
