Sino-African security cooperation urged
During the third China-Africa Peace and Security Forum in Beijing, China's Defense Minister, Li Shangfu, emphasized the need for stronger cooperation between China and Africa to address global security challenges and uphold international justice. Li highlighted that China supports African solutions to African problems and reiterated that China's assistance, including military aid, is not tied to political conditions. He announced various measures to enhance China-Africa security cooperation, including maritime security collaboration, talent training, and military cultural exchanges, aiming to contribute to peace and stability in both China and Africa.
